MEZOM MELOUTA

MEZOM MELOUTA holds a degree in telecommunications engineering obtained in 1983 from the National School of Posts and Telecommunications in Yaounde. In 1992, he continued his studies at the Ecole Nouvelle d’Ingénieurs Communication in Lille, specializing in communication technologies. As a researcher in Germany and France, he obtained a Master’s degree in satellite image compression in 2002. MEZOM MELOUTA has occupied several management positions at the Ministry of Communications and Campost. He coordinated Cameroon’s strategy for the digital TV transition from 2010 to 2011. Currently general director of ESTAD, he conducts research on the use of ICT to “teach, learn, anywhere at any time at any age”
