Dr. Patrick SEUMEN TONOU, holder of a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics in Finance from INRIA Sophia Antipolis in France, is the Promoter and General Director of the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences de la Finance de l’Assurance et des Risques ESSFAR, in Cameroon.

With 27 years of professional experience, he works as a finance, risk, and information systems consultant for financial institutions in France. Additionally, he shares his knowledge as an associate professor in French universities, contributing to the training of future professionals.
