Dr. Jacques Minane, a graduate of INTEC France and Etudes Comptables Supérieures, holds an Executive MBA and a Doctorate in Management Sciences from the International University of Dakar. He has had a distinguished 38-year career in the financial sector. Starting as the Head of the Financial Affairs Office at ONPD in 1978, he went on to become a senior executive at BEAC until 2016, ultimately serving as the Director of Service at the Central Services of BEAC. As an expert in Banking and Finance, accredited by the Court of Appeal of the Littoral Region, he also excels in Corporate Social Responsibility and Risk Management.

Today, he promotes knowledge through the establishment of the consulting firm “International Team consulting (ITCO)” and the Higher School of Banking, Finance, and Management (ESBAFIM), while also teaching at various universities and institutes in Cameroon. Born on November 11, 1955, in NSINGMBONGO, he is married and a father of four children.
