François BEYEME

François Joseph Nnemete BEYEME is an expert in the telecommunications policy environment and currently serves as the Deputy Director of Telecommunications and ICT Regulation at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications in Cameroon. He has extensive international experience and academic training in the field. He holds a professional master’s degree in economics from the University of Rennes 1 in France and a professional master’s degree in telecommunications management in the era of convergence from the UK Telecommunications Academy. He holds certifications from the United States Telecommunications Training Institute (USTTI), the American University Washington College of Law (AUWCL), and the Fletcher School Institute at Tufts University in telecommunications regulatory policy, digital currency, and 5G technology, respectively.

His expertise encompasses telecommunications and ICT policy and regulation, supporting digital transformation of organizations, and digital entrepreneurship for youth. Additionally, he is a business and management consultant with skills in key areas such as engineering, strategy and performance, competition policy, and framework development.
