Cyrille BALEGEL BELL

Cyrille BALEGEL BELL holds an engineering degree in Naval Mechanics and is a certified Chief Marine Engineer. He began his career in oil and gas with SONATRACH in Algeria, spending four years there from 2011 to 2015. After further training in industrial management and corporate strategy, he pursued roles in steel manufacturing with ArcelorMittal and textiles with ANDRITZ. In 2018, Cyrille joined FIVES to manage steel production line projects in China and Europe. With extensive experience gained over three years at FIVES, he returned to ANDRITZ in 2021 to oversee galvanized and continuous annealing line projects in China. Using this expertise, in 2024 Cyrille founded DELTA GLOBAL ENGINEERING in Douala to support Cameroon’s ongoing industrialization and co-founded the think tank ATOM, promoting African development through engineering excellence.
