Dr. Mathias Mondo is an esteemed technical advisor at the Agency for the Promotion of SMEs in Cameroon. He is a talent scout, biographer, and strategist. Dr. Mondo has published several works, including “ Afro responsabilité́ : la clé́ perdue de l’émergence “,  “ Les 13 clés du bien-être au travail “,  ”  Manager de 2ème génération dans la filière agricole en Afrique subsaharienne “,  “Big Data for Africa,” and more. With a background in Automatic Engineering, Finance, and International Management, he holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Paris Dauphine.

Dr. Mondo teaches strategy and entrepreneurship in prestigious programs at universities and business schools in Europe and Africa. He has served in various capacities in SMEs and multinational companies from France, Germany, the United States, and Spain across Europe, Asia, America, and Africa. Moreover, Mathias Mondo is a coach for high-potential individuals and politicians in both the European and African contexts.
