Emmanuel TAMUNGANG has an iMBA from the ICT University in Yaoundé and a Master’s in Business Law from the University of Yaoundé II. He also holds certifications in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Investment Promotion and Facilitation, industrial project appraisal and evaluation, and Public-Private Dialogue. For six years, he has gained considerable experience in investment promotion and facilitation.

Since May 2021, he has been the Head of the Strategy Unit at the Investment Promotion Agency (IPA) Cameroon.
