Lansana Gagny SAKHO holds a PhD from Paul Valery University in Montpellier and an MBA from the University of Quebec in Montreal.

After more than twenty years of experience in the private sector, Lansana joined the Senegalese public administration in October 2014. He successfully led the first rural water reform for the Government of Senegal and oversaw the implementation of various projects in the field of sanitation.

A specialist in public management, Lansana is deeply involved in strategies for modernizing African administrations and in designing projects for public institutions (governments, local authorities), the private sector, and non-governmental organizations.
