Maître Jean-Marie Tengang is a PhD holder in Law and a practicing attorney registered with both the Bordeaux and Cameroon Bar Associations. He specializes in intellectual property law, with a doctoral thesis titled “Corporate Copyright: An Essay on the Depersonalization of Copyright” (EUE Publishing, available on Amazon), which laid the foundation for his deep involvement in intangible assets law.
He is also actively engaged in data protection and holds CNIL certification as a Data Protection Officer (DPO). His practice extends to legal issues relating to new technologies, including blockchain, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and more recently, artificial intelligence.
On a daily basis, Maître Tengang advises SMEs and SMIs on a wide range of business law matters, including OHADA law, banking and commercial law, competition law, as well as information and communication technology (ICT) law.
